Stored in Calendar Profile

The entries for calendar overlay are stored as a CalUrl value in the mail file owner's calendar profile.

You can use several third party tools to remove that one field from the profile doc or remove the profile doc or you can use one of these methods to remove the entire calendar profile.

Be sure to disable the user's mail rules before removing the profile doc
